Casey Hands

Casey Hands is a seasoned Senior Production Editor at Cognella, having progressed through several editorial roles since joining the company in July 2018. Prior experience includes various positions at San Diego State University-California State University, where responsibilities spanned tutoring, editorial assistance, and graduate teaching. Additional experience encompasses internships at PennWell and Westlake Magazine, as well as a brief role as a summer counselor and tutor with San Diego & Imperial Counties Cal-SOAP. Casey Hands holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts & Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from San Diego State University, supplemented by a Copyediting Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
