Henri P. Ehrke

Henri P. Ehrke, PhD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Cognex Corporation, overseeing 3D product marketing since January 2022. Previously, Henri held the role of Senior Product Manager for Smart Vision Sensors at Baumer Electric, managing a portfolio that included Smart Vision Sensors as well as Ultrasonic and Radarsensors. Prior experience includes a position as Product Manager at Leica Microsystems, where responsibility included global product placement for brightfield microscope cameras, and a Product Manager role at Sensirion. Henri's earlier career includes a Patent Attorney Trainee position at Keil & Schaafhausen and a DPhil in Physics from the University of Oxford, where groundbreaking work was done on a novel x-ray diffractometer. Academic qualifications also feature a Diploma in Physics from the University of Konstanz and a pre-diploma in Technical Physics from the University of Ilmenau.
