Michael Booker

Michael Booker has over 18 years of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Sr Manager of Global Accounts at Cognex Corporation since May 2012. In this role, Michael has specialized in providing image-based barcode reading solutions across various industries, including Retail, Parcel, Material Handling, and Airport Baggage. Prior positions at Cognex included Sales Manager for the OEM Account Team and Principal Sales Engineer. Before joining Cognex, Michael worked as a Field Sales Engineer at ifm efector and as a Sales Representative at Bird Song Adhesives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Education in Health and Human Sciences with a focus on Sports Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
