Tim Trout

Tim Trout started their work experience in 1990 as a Test Engineer in the US Navy. Tim worked in this role until 1995. In 1996, they became a Test Engineer at Sanmina-SCI and stayed in this position until 1998. In 1998, Tim joined Cognex Corp. as a Principal Software Engineer and their tenure in this role continues.

Tim Trout has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Boston University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at South Dakota Mines from 1986 to 1990.
