Bernice Dance

Bernice Dance is a Senior Manager of Business Transformation at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where they focus on ERP project management and organizational diagnostics. With extensive experience in system selection and implementation across various platforms including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle, they have successfully led or optimized project management offices multiple times throughout their career. Previously, Bernice held leadership roles in business transformation and project management at companies such as Alithya, Aimia Inc., and Banque Nationale du Canada. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at Concordia University.
