Benjamin Mayr

Benjamin Mayr has a strong background in software development and entrepreneurship. Benjamin co-founded Cognigy, a company focused on providing Conversational AI solutions for contact centers. In their role as Principal Architect and Co-Founder, Benjamin designed the software architecture for multiple products such as Cognigy.AI, Cognigy Insights, Cognigy Live Agent, and Cognigy Voice Gateway. Benjamin also played a crucial role in scaling the development team and engineering organization to over 40 engineers.

Before Cognigy, Benjamin worked at Ludaptic GbR as a Technischer Geschäftsführer, where they built customized software products for gaming, automotive, and healthcare industries. Benjamin managed small to medium-sized software development projects during this time.

Prior to that, Benjamin gained experience as a Web Developer at Ubisoft Blue Byte GmbH.
