Ryan Lovelock's work experience begins in 2009 as a Freelance Comic Artist, where they co-founded multiple comic anthology magazines and worked as a comic penciler and illustrator. Their role as a Freelance Concept Artist began in 2010, where they created concept art, character designs, storyboards, and visual development for video games, virtual reality experiences, and commercial pitches. During this time, they worked with companies such as Milestone, Kuju Entertainment, Giochi Preziosi, Mr.Watson srl, and Space Goat Publishing. In 2013, Ryan became a Freelance Illustrator, creating traditional and digital illustrations for game books, role-playing games, album covers, and promotional materials for companies such as Vincent Books, Tin Hat Games, and TKM Project. Ryan also worked as a Freelance Storyboard Artist for Maverick Media, Mauro Vecchi, and Delicatessen from 2010 to 2017. Ryan's role as an Associate Creative Director at Nucco Brain started in 2017 and ended in 2021. During this time, they provided creative direction, art direction, storyboarding, and visual development. Ryan collaborated with clients, production, design, and animation teams to deliver storytelling-rich content for VR, games, animation, and motion graphics, working with notable clients such as Google Jigsaw, Innovate UK, Facebook, McKinsey, and John Lewis. Ryan's most recent work experience is as a Creative Director at Cognitant Group Limited, starting in 2022.

Ryan Lovelock's education history begins with obtaining a High School Diploma in Industrial Design and Architecture from Istituto Statate D'Arte "A.Venturi" from 2003 to 2008. After completing high school, they went on to attend Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna from 2007 to 2008, studying Fumetto e Illustrazione. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Ryan studied Comics at Scuola Internazionale di Comics - Reggio Emilia. In 2021, they pursued further education in Game Design by completing an online short course on Introduction to Game Design at Goldsmiths, University of London. Lastly, in 2023, Ryan attended CG Spectrum to further enhance their skills in Introduction to Game Design.
