Malcolm Badger has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Malcolm began their career in 1986 as a Designer/Art Director at ID&A and later joined Brand Image in 1987. With a passion for ideas generation and brand strategy, Malcolm joined Norris Lincoln Adcom in 1995 as a Creative Director, where they excelled in creating integrated campaigns for the healthcare sector, earning over 35 industry awards. In 2008, they became the Joint Creative Director at Havas Life, where they provided creative direction and leadership to the London office of this global agency network. Malcolm then joined emotive. in 2013 as a Creative Director, specializing in delivering integrated global campaigns for healthcare clients. In the same year, they founded their own company, in the creative garden ltd, where they worked as a Consulting Creative Director and Ideas Generator, collaborating with agencies and clients to develop effective communications solutions. Finally, Malcolm currently holds the position of Chief Creative Officer at Cognite, where they apply their expertise and innovation to turn science and healing into unforgettable ideas and experiences.

Malcolm Badger began their education at Courtlands Primary School, though the specific start and end years are unknown. Malcolm then attended Orange Hill Junior & Senior High School, also without specific start and end years. Following this, they enrolled at Barnet College in 1982 for a Foundation Course in Art and Design. Malcolm then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Graphics and Communication at Central St Martins School of Art & Design, from 1983 to 1986.
