Amy Ruban

Amy Ruban has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amy is currently working at Cognite as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, they had been with Avanade, where they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead Norway and Senior Analyst. Amy also worked as a Research Associate and Research Analyst at Korn Ferry. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated their ability to effectively recruit and source talented individuals while aligning organizational strategies with talent acquisition goals.

Amy Ruban completed their education at BI Norwegian Business School, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Amy attended this institution until 2017.
