Jon Austin

Jon Austin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Solutions Architect at Cognite since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Application Developer at TechnipFMC from September 2022 to December 2022. Jon also had a long tenure at TechnipFMC as a Senior Project Engineer from August 2014 to October 2021. Before joining TechnipFMC, Jon worked as a Software Engineer at 42six Solutions, a CSC company, from February 2013 to August 2014. Jon began their career at the University of Arizona where they worked on the Small Mammal GPS Tracker Project, refitting an antenna and receiving a nomination for Best Use of Prototyping. Jon also served as an Undergraduate Lab Assistant, providing support to students and managing department documentation.

Jon Austin attended the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
