Jørgen Lund

Jørgen Lund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jørgen currently holds a position at Cognite as a Senior Product Manager since July 2023, after previously serving as a Product Manager from December 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist II from January 2021 to November 2022 and as a Data Scientist from January 2020 to December 2020, both at Cognite.

Before joining Cognite, Jørgen worked as a Data Scientist at the same company from April 2019 to September 2019. Jørgen also has experience in e-learning course development, as they worked as an E-learning Course Developer at Edrupt from January 2018 to August 2018. During their time at Edrupt, they produced content for various e-learning courses and provided academic assistance to students through their platform.

Jørgen's prior experience includes an internship at Statsbygg as a Cost Estimation and Economic Analysis intern from June 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they analyzed the firm's cost estimation process and developed an Excel model to improve analysis efficiency. Jørgen also worked as a Student Assistant in Statistics at Handelshøyskolen BI from January 2017 to May 2017.

Jørgen started their professional career as a Lance Corporal / Operations Assistant in the Norwegian Armed Forces from September 2012 to September 2013.

Jørgen Lund started their education in 2014 at BI Norwegian Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Jørgen completed their undergraduate program in 2017.

In 2016, Jørgen took part in an exchange semester at HKUST Business School.

The following year, from 2017 to 2018, they enrolled in a one-year program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), focusing on Mathematical Sciences and Programming.

In 2018, Jørgen began their MSc in Data Science for Business at both École Polytechnique and HEC Paris, which they completed in 2020.
