Senior Manager, Outbound Lead Generation at Cognite

Maja Rađa has an extensive work experience that spans various roles and companies. In their current position as the Global Lead Generation Manager at Cognite, they are responsible for driving the company's lead generation efforts on a global scale. Maja develops and implements effective lead generation strategies, oversees lead generation campaigns, and analyzes performance metrics to continuously improve results. Prior to this, Maja served as the Digital Transformation Manager - Manufacturing at Cognite, where they helped manufacturing and industrial companies achieve data-driven operations with industrial DataOps solutions.

Before joining Cognite, Maja worked as a Business Development Manager at YSI - Young Sustainable Impact, where they contributed to the creation of youth-driven sustainable businesses through an online innovation program. Maja also influenced established businesses and organizations on sustainability-related challenges and developed an all-in-one SaaS innovation management tool.

Earlier in their career, Maja held the role of Business Development Manager at Piano Nobile, where they contributed to business growth. Maja also gained experience as a Sales Development Representative at ID-koncept.

Maja's earlier work experience includes a significant role as the Country Manager for Talent Management & Local Committee Development at AIESEC. In this role, they ensured the education and implementation of HR processes, developed recruitment strategies, managed tools for education and training, and conducted interviews. Maja also organized conferences and meetings, provided leadership management, and developed training programs.

Maja Rađa completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in European Studies from Masaryk University Brno for one year.
