Slimane Allab

Slimane ALLAB has extensive experience in leadership roles in the manufacturing, supply chain, and technology industries. Slimane is currently serving as the SVP Manufacturing at Cognite, where they are responsible for driving a customer-centric approach to the business and developing solutions using Industrial DataOps.

Prior to their role at Cognite, Slimane held various positions at LLamasoft, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, including SVP, General Manager, EMEA, where they managed the integrated EMEA operations and focused on value delivery and digital and supply chain transformations.

From 2010 to 2018, Slimane worked at JDA Software, where they held several senior leadership positions. As SVP Global Solutions and Offer Management, they played a significant role in the corporate transition towards SaaS and led engagements with strategic customers to enable AI/ML-based transformations. Slimane also served as RVP, Head of Global Pre-sales, and Group Vice President, Solutions Consulting & EMEA BD, where they established cross-regional and cross-industry Subject Matter Expertise and developed talents across the business development and pre-sales organization.

Prior to their time at JDA Software, Slimane worked at i2 Technologies from 2000 to 2010. Slimane held roles such as Pre-sales Director and Snr Business Consultant, leading pre-sales engagements and enabling the deployment of supply chain solutions across multiple industries.

Earlier in their career, Slimane worked at PL7 Consulting Group as a Project Manager and Consultant, where they gained valuable experience in project management and consulting.

Slimane ALLAB completed their Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at Ecole Nationale Polytechnique from 1987 to 1992. Slimane then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a major in Applied Mathematics at Grenoble INP - UGA from 1992 to 1993. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from Institut polytechnique de Grenoble, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
