Thale Graffer

Thale Graffer has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. They began their career as a Production Operator/Temporary Assistant at Allkopi NetPrint from June 2013 to September 2014. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at Tank Design for a few months. Thale then joined TechnipFMC in February 2017 as a Senior Digital Product Designer. They played a crucial role in the Digital Services and Innovation department, where they utilized agile and user-centered processes to develop digital products. Thale's responsibilities included conducting user research, mapping existing processes, designing wireframes and high fidelity designs, developing prototypes, conducting usability testing, and contributing to the creation of a design system. Thale's expertise in digital product design continued at Cognite since April 2022, where they are currently employed as a Senior Digital Product Designer.

Thale Graffer's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from the University of South-Eastern Norway, which was obtained between 2011 and 2014. Following this, Graffer pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Information Design at the University of Reading from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Graffer obtained a certification in UX Design from Harness Projects in September 2021 through a course called Career Launcher.
