Michael Kanters is currently working at Cognition+ as the Manager of Database Development since July 1998. Michael was previously a Software Developer at Isys Corp from July 1997 to July 1998. Michael holds a Professional Certificate in Leadership, Organizational Leadership from Western Continuing Studies, and a degree in Computer Engineering Technology and Computer Science from Niagara College. Throughout their career, Michael has been involved in redesigning database architecture, developing database functionality, and implementing various technology initiatives within the insurance industry.
