Michael Olaye

Michael Olaye is an accomplished business executive and leader with extensive experience in the digital and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as EVP and Managing Director at Hero Digital, Michael is responsible for P&L management and delivering creative and strategic solutions across various business verticals in the West Region, US. Michael also contributes as an Ambassador for CogX Festival, participating in discussions on technology and innovation, and as a member of the Metaverse Standards Forum, promoting interoperability standards. Michael's previous roles include SVP and Managing Director at R/GA, Chief Growth Officer at The North Alliance, and CEO at Dare, where Michael focused on digital transformation and brand innovation. Michael is also an active advisor and angel investor and has served on the Board of Trustees for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
