Cognitive Behavior Therapy Center is an outpatient psychotherapy practice company based out of Chesapeake, VA.  At Cognitive Behavior Therapy Center, our mission is to transform the lives of those in our community through holistic mental health care that addresses a wide range of needs.  Using a trauma-informed approach to cognitive behavior therapy, our care team is able to address a wide range of needs for a diverse clientele of all ages-from military service members and their families, couples, parents, and adolescents.
