Cognitive Behavioral Growth (“CBG Chicago”) is a clinical psychology practice that specializes in evidence-based skills and treatments for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related emotion dysregulation in children, adolescents, and adults.  Individual and group therapy services are provided using a strengths-based approach and empirically-supported methods, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy [including exposure and response prevention (ERP)], acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
