Cognitive FX is the premier concussion research and rehabilitation center in the world.  CFX utilizes Notus technology, a highly comprehensive form of fMRI called functional Neurocognitive Imaging, or fNCI.  This brain scan allows a multidisciplinary team of specialists to target specific areas of the brain and bring about dramatic recovery of brain function.  

CFX also contributes to brain research, involved in new and exciting publications that will change the way we understand and treat brain injuries.
