Cognitive PRISM is India's pioneering Behavioural Science Translational Lab, building India’s first Socio-Psychological Intelligence Infrastructure. We bridge the gap between rigorous academic research and real-world human development, transforming how individuals and institutions understand, nurture, and unlock human potential.

Our Mission
We believe no mind should be left behind. Our mission is to be present wherever psychology and behavioural science can meaningfully solve human challenges creating a world where self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and human potential are recognised and developed across every sector of society.

What We Do
We are currently working across three core sectors Education, Sports, and Social Impact designing science-backed, culturally intelligent, and technology-enabled solutions that foster holistic human development. Our approach is grounded in behavioural science research, enhanced through gamified and interactive digital platforms that make assessment easy, engaging, and accurate.

Beyond Our Core Work
We are actively developing tailored assessment frameworks for neurodivergent students and para-athletes two communities that are often underserved by standardised psychological tools. We are also researching teacher wellbeing, because we believe that a thriving educator is the foundation of a thriving student. This work reflects our broader commitment that behavioural science must be inclusive, accessible, and present wherever human potential is waiting to be unlocked.

Our Impact
Through our work, we contribute directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). We are building India's Socio-Psychological Intelligence Infrastructure, one student, one athlete, one community at a time.
