At Cognitive Systems, we offer a non-intrusive technology for condition monitoring, failure prediction and prevention of electric rotary equipment.  By combining the power of high fidelity data and in-depth domain knowledge, we help industries increase the mean time between failures while mitigating vibrations and decreasing energy consumption. This technology does not require any sensor installation on the motor or associated loads. As a result, it is especially attractive for inaccessible driven equipment and is applicable to most types of pumps, compressors, generators and similar loads.
Our proprietary technology allows us to extract and deliver high fidelity data and critical operations information for technicians and engineers on site and over the cloud for data analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring and corrective actions by team experts.

The business model is based on the sales of hardware and installation plus monthly charges for Software as a Service (SaaS).
