John McDermott

John joined CognitOps in October of 2021 as the Vice President of Customer Success. John has nearly 15 years of experience delivering software and helping customers extract the most value from their investment. Prior to joining CognitOps, John was the Director of Customer Success at Novi Labs, a machine learning and data science company, and Head of Professional Services at Dematic Reddwerks. As the Vice President of Customer Success at CognitOps John serves the team by owning customer activations and customer growth.
