Johnatan Diaz

Johnatan Diaz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Johnatan began their career in 2011 as a Laboratory Supervisor and Tutor at Universidad Rafael Landivar. In 2012, they joined BDG S.A. as an Analysis Programmer. Following that, they worked at Xerox as a Systems Dev Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Johnatan then joined Autoweb, Inc. as an Agile Coach from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Agile Coach at Xik'. Currently, they hold the position of Agile Coach Director at Cognits since 2019.

Johnatan Diaz began their education at Colegio Liceo Javier, where they obtained their high school degree in Science and Letters from 2006 to 2007. Johnatan then continued their education at Universidad Rafael Landívar, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Systems from 2008 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Johnatan Diaz has obtained several certifications. Johnatan achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2015. Johnatan also holds certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), and Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), all obtained in 2017. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum, Inc. and EduScrum Practitioner from eduScrum®. More recently, in 2020, they earned the certifications of Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), and Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), all from Scrum Alliance. Finally, in 2021, they obtained the certification of Kanban System Design from Kanban University.
