Ioannis Barlas

Ioannis Barlas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ioannis began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Conspel in 1998. In 1999, they transitioned to G-Systems S.A, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer until 2001. At G-Systems S.A, they gained expertise in software engineering and development.

In 2001, Barlas joined Telesoft as a Senior Software Engineer. During their tenure, they focused on the migration of STET HELLAS S.A to BSCS 6.0 and gained experience in C programming in the Unix environment. Barlas excelled in software engineering and actively contributed to the development of the company's technological infrastructure until 2003.

In 2003, Barlas pursued a new opportunity at WIND Hellas, where they assumed the role of IS Principal Engineer. At WIND Hellas, Barlas was responsible for the deployment and architecture of the Siebel CRM system. Ioannis demonstrated their proficiency in Siebel development and project management while integrating the system with other platforms such as SAP, billing, and prepaid using Siebel EAI integration platform technologies. Barlas continued to excel in their position until 2008.

In the same year, Barlas joined e-volution Tech as a Senior Siebel CRM Consultant. During their brief tenure, they utilized their expertise in Siebel to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.

In 2009, Barlas transitioned to Cognity, where they initially assumed the role of Senior Siebel Consultant before taking on the position of Technical Project Manager. Barlas demonstrated their ability to manage technical projects efficiently and effectively while delivering successful outcomes for clients. Ioannis'stenure at Cognity is ongoing.

Throughout their career, Barlas has consistently exhibited a strong technical acumen and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Ioannis is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software engineering, project management, and CRM systems.

Ioannis Barlas completed their undergraduate education from 1991 to 1996 at the University of Patras. Ioannis pursued a degree in Electrical Engineer & Computer Technology and achieved a grade of 7.76/10. In addition to their formal education, Ioannis obtained a certification as a Siebel 7.7 Certified Consultant from Oracle in May 2008.
