European real estate is drowning in regulatory complexity, fragmented data, and manual workflows. We are changing that.

Born from our deep roots as a boutique consulting firm for Smart Commercial Buildings, we are translating years of hands-on engineering and integration experience into a scalable AI platform. We know the exact bottlenecks because we've solved them in the trenches of Europe's most complex lighthouse projects (including cube berlin, Upbeat DKB Campus, IPAI AI Park, Karstadt Hermannplatz, Grasblau, and the KPMG Campus extension).

What we are building with Cognivity OS:

🏢 Building Norm: Automating building code and compliance checks against complex local regulations (LBOs/DIN) to accelerate building permits.
♻️ Retrofit Planner: Simulating ESG scenarios and Capex ROI for existing portfolios to prevent stranded assets.
🤝 Smart Handover: Creating semantic digital twins from unstructured construction data for a seamless transition into facility management.
⚙️ AI Workflow Orchestration: Developing and integrating custom AI agents to automate complex business and communication workflows for real estate enterprises.

Our Smart Building & Enterprise Consulting:

While we build the future of ConTech, we continue to deliver our proven, high-end consulting services. We connect digital strategy, systems integration, data platforms, workplace experience, and security so that buildings, campuses, and districts become truly smart, operable, and future-ready.

We translate technical complexity into clear decisions for boards, investors, and specialist teams. We design smart-building roadmaps, integration and data architectures, support vendor selection, and guide test-driven commissioning.

The result: reduced project and technology risk, better data for steering portfolios, and digital infrastructures that can evolve with new tenants, new regulations, and new business models.
