Alexia Bovy is a Talent Acquisition Manager with a diverse background in recruitment and consulting. They have held key roles at various organizations, including as a Recruitment Manager for Infosys Consulting in Belgium and the Netherlands, where they developed strategies for attracting top consulting talent. Previously, Alexia worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and other firms, refining their expertise in sourcing and managing the recruitment process. They currently serve as the Head of Belgium Recruitment at Cognizant, where they continue to innovate and lead talent acquisition initiatives.
