Robert McLaughlin

Robert McLaughlin is a Consultant at Cognizant since October 2023, with prior experience as a Human Capital Management Associate Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC from September 2022 to September 2023. Robert served as a Committee Member with the Psychological Society UCD from April 2020 to May 2021 and was a Peer Mentor at University College Dublin in the School of Psychology during the same period. Additional experience includes an Organisational Health Intern role at the Health Service Executive in July 2021, where research supported the WHO Healthy Workplace Framework, and a People Advisory Services Consulting Intern position at EY in July 2020. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in (International) Psychology with First Class Honours from University College Dublin and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology with High Merit from The London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside participating in an International Exchange Programme in Psychology at the University of Maryland from 2019 to 2020.
