Tim Crowhurst

Tim Crowhurst currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Cognizant, overseeing a transformational initiative in M&A and integration within a large, $20B technology services organization. Prior to this role, Tim founded and managed White Oak Merchant Banking, a boutique focusing on telecom, media, and technology, advising on over $1 billion in M&A and private capital transactions. Tim's earlier experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director and a financial analyst internship at The Pritzker Organization. Tim holds an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago.
