Todd Bricker is an accomplished leader in organizational change management with extensive experience across multiple prestigious firms. Todd's career began at Accenture as an analyst and progressed to managerial roles, where expertise in human performance was developed from 1999 to 2001. Following this, Todd held various progressive positions at IBM from 2006 to 2009, culminating in roles focused on organizational change strategy. Todd subsequently joined Cognizant, serving as Sr. Director from 2014 to 2016, before returning to the company in 2019 to assume multiple vice president positions, including Global Organizational Change Management Lead and Global Head of Transformation Management. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
