Vikram Walimbe

Vikram Walimbe is a Sr. Infra Architect at Cognizant, where they have been managing ServiceNow implementations in various industry domains since 2015. They oversee the design, build, and implementation of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and HRSD processes while leading a team of over 15 members across the US and India. Previously, Vikram worked as a Project Manager at Infosys, where they traveled globally to implement best practices on the BMC Remedy platform. Their career began as a Programmer Analyst at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they gained introductory experience in UNIX and BMC Remedy.
