Reenie McCarthy

Reenie McCarthy has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Reenie started their career in 1999 as a Director and Principal at Morningside Technology Advisory LLC, a role they held until 2017. In 2009, they became a Director at BioVex and later took on the role of President & CEO at Stealth BioTherapeutics in August 2015. Throughout their career, they held directorial roles in companies such as Cognoa, InCarda Therapeutics, Freight Farms, INC, DNAtrix, CellCentric, Clean Membranes Inc., Green Biologics Limited, and BioVex. Reenie served as a director in several companies until 2017, except for InCarda Therapeutics, Freight Farms, INC, DNAtrix, CellCentric, Clean Membranes Inc., and Morningside Technology Advisory LLC, where they left their positions in 2018, 2017, 2017, 2017, and 2017 respectively.

Reenie McCarthy obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General, with a minor in Political Science from Bates College, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from 1985 to 1988.
