John Young

John Young has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. John is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cognomie Coaching, a fast-growing coaching company that focuses on preventing mental ill-health and helping individuals reach their full potential. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing Director at Branding Fe from 2015 to 2019. John also served as the Principle Partner at Willman-Young, a consultancy that helped leaders of successful companies develop innovative ideas and provided virtual coaching services. John Young founded TOBACCO FREE WORLD in 2015 and worked as a Founder until 2017. John co-founded Cormis in 2011, where they consulted healthcare companies on various aspects including digital solutions and engagement strategies. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Co-Founder of an independent healthcare communications agency, where they worked with major pharmaceutical clients and led the strategic offering of the business. John Young started their career in sales and marketing at Sanofi in 1992 and later became a Business Director at apothecom scopemedical.

John Young attended Cothill House Preparatory School from 1977 to 1980. John then went on to St Edward's School in Oxford from 1980 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they attended ESC Clermont Business School from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Finally, from 1989 to 1992, John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
