Javier Serra

Javier Serra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as Site Manager and Managing Director at Cognyte since January 2021, Javier oversees various technical departments and manages a team of over 100 employees, focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Javier held significant positions at Verint from November 2004 to January 2021, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations, with similar responsibilities for managing technical teams and operations. Earlier experiences include IT Systems Manager at Claro and Hardware Engineer at Digitro Tecnologia.
