Alan Duval

Alan Duval, MBPsS, is an experienced data quality and operations manager with a substantial background in the technology and consumer service industries. Currently serving as Data Quality Manager and previously as Accreditation and Operations Manager at Cogo since November 2018, Alan has also co-founded R&D initiatives at Social Consumer and worked as a UK Customer Success Coordinator, contributing to the organization's transformation into CoGo. With a rich professional history including roles as Business Development Manager at Alephant, Tutor at ACL Surrey County Council, and various positions in customer service and database management, Alan has developed a strong skillset in data management, customer success, and operational leadership. Alan's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Research Methodology from Birkbeck, University of London.
