Andy Thieme

Andy Thieme is an experienced community manager and leader with a demonstrated passion for building relationships and strengthening communities. Currently serving as Community Manager Lead at COhatch since October 2021, Andy focuses on integrating various groups into collaborative workspaces in Indianapolis. Previous roles include Contemporary Worship Director at Cornerstone Lutheran Church, where Andy led services and organized volunteers, and Production Manager at the Indianapolis Children's Choir, overseeing various performances and managing communications. Andy has also founded Footlocker Stories, a lecture series promoting military history in classrooms, and contributed to the Delaware County Historical Society as a docent and curator. Educational background includes a degree from Ball State University, earned in 2018.
