Jaylon L. Smith

Jaylon L. Smith is a multifaceted entrepreneur and professional athlete with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Owner of JINYA Ramen Bar since November 2023, Smith also serves as the Founder of The Minority Entrepreneurship Institute and as a General Partner at Onyx+East. Smith's commitment to community and entrepreneurship is further exemplified through Board Membership at COhatch and Co-Founding CEV Collection. A professional athlete, Smith has played for the New York Football Giants, Green Bay Packers, and Dallas Cowboys, showcasing a successful sports career that began in April 2016. Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Notre Dame, completing studies in May 2019.
