Phil Ryan

Phil Ryan is a Partner and Market Leader for Private Equity at Cohen & Co, where they lead the Private Equity Services Group and ensure clients receive exceptional service. With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Phil provided auditing expertise and management consultation to a diverse range of clients, including multinational companies. Previously, Phil was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG LLP from 2002 to 2014. Phil is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the AICPA, and their experience encompasses complex financial analysis, financial due diligence, and a strong grasp of accounting standards. Phil holds a degree from John Carroll University, which they completed between 2002 and 2004.
