Robert Cobbs is a partner at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, where they focus on plaintiffs'-side consumer and antitrust law. They previously served as a law clerk for Hon. J. Rodney Gilstrap at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, as well as for Hon. Pierre N. Leval at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a special assistant on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and as a policy analyst on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Russian from Amherst College and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
