David Venuto

David Venuto is a post-training scientist currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at McGill University. With a background in both computer science and biology, they have developed advanced machine learning models throughout their career. David's experience includes roles as a Machine Learning Research Assistant at McGill University and a Data Scientist Intern at Tactio Health Group, where they worked on health data analytics. They have also held internships at RIKEN and The University of Hong Kong, contributing to bioinformatics and pathway analysis projects. Most recently, David has taken on roles as a member of the technical staff specializing in reinforcement learning at Cohere.
