Ivan Zhang

Ivan Zhang is the co-founder and CTO of Cohere since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked in research at FOR.ai starting in April 2017. Ivan also has experience in engineering at Cortex Labs from December 2018 to August 2019 and at Pressly from November 2017 to December 2018.

Ivan Zhang completed their secondary education at Richmond Hill High School in Ontario from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued higher education and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016.
