Lacey McLear has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lacey started their career at State Farm Insurance in 2011 as a Bank Specialist and Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Capital One, where they held various roles including Fraud Intake Coordinator, Servicing & Complaint Advocacy Manager, Data Manager for Sales Practice Operations, and Data Manager for Conversational AI. In 2019, Lacey became a Sr. Data Manager for Enterprise ML + Conversational AI at Capital One before leaving in 2022. Lacey then joined Twitter as a Sr. Data Specialist, where they worked until 2022.
