Tom Duncan

Tom Duncan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Cohere since September 2023. Previously, Tom held significant roles at Meta from May 2018 to June 2023, including Recruiting Manager for Executive Search in the EMEA region, where Tom led a distributed team and established critical recruiting frameworks for engineering leadership. As a Senior Recruiter, Tom excelled in hiring software engineering leaders across international sites. Tom's experience also includes consulting positions with Oxford Knight Limited, where Tom contributed to setting up the US desk for hiring Quant Developers and Engineers, and Palantir Technologies as an external technical sourcer. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics with International Relations from the University of Warwick.
