Heather Dray

Heather Dray, MLIS, serves as the Director of Outreach & Engagement at Coherent Digital since May 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Chief Client Officer at LibraryLever, focusing on fostering relationships within the Publishing and Library communities. Heather's earlier tenure at SAGE Publications encompassed multiple leadership roles, including Associate Director of Library Relations & Faculty Outreach, where significant sales growth was achieved. Additionally, Heather was the Director of Library and Information Resources at AIU Atlanta, contributing to student retention and information literacy initiatives. Heather's career began at LYRASIS, where leadership positions culminated in overseeing the Member Services group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from The University of Georgia.
