Bryan O'Neal

Bryan O'Neal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Bryan started their career in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer. Later, they worked as a Finance Associate at Flagstone Re. Bryan then joined Island Heritage Insurance Company as the SVP of Operations and Corporate Strategy. After that, they served as the SVP of Operations and Strategy for P&C Lines at BF&M Insurance Group. In 2016, O'Neal became the Co-Founder and CEO of Risk/R, where they developed and launched an insurance product. Bryan went on to work at Duck Creek Technologies as the Sr. Director of Content Engineering. In 2019, they founded CoinCabinet.Io, and most recently in 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Sales Engineering at Coherent.

Bryan O'Neal obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics and Economics from Vanderbilt University, completing their studies between 1997 and 2001. In addition, they hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from The Institutes and LOMA respectively.
