Bob Willard has extensive experience in service management and sales within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Service for Global Key Accounts and Support Solutions at Coherent Inc. since July 2004, Bob has also held the position of Sr. Manager for Global Service Markets and Accounts, along with Service Account Manager. Prior to this, Bob spent seven years at Lambda Physik USA, Inc. in various roles including Director of Sales and Service for North America and Global Key Account Manager. Bob’s career also includes experience as a Service Engineer at Cymer, a BMET at Massachusetts General Hospital, and as a Military Police Officer in the US Army.
