Stephen Baldwin

Stephen Baldwin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Coherent Inc. since 2016. Their career includes roles as a Staffing Manager at Kla-Tencor and a Senior Talent Manager at both Yahoo! and Coherent. Stephen also worked as a Staffing Consultant at Coupons Inc. in 2007 and as a Recruiting Director at Quotient Technology from 2008 to 2016. They hold a degree in Fire Science from El Camino, which they completed between 1986 and 1989.
