Avin Deb

Avin Deb is currently serving as the Manager of Strategy & Operations for the Data Management Team at Cohesity, starting January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at VMware from May 2020 to December 2023, where strategic projects were implemented for business alignment, and frameworks such as Holistic Deal Review and ARR Metrics were designed. Avin began as a Business Associate at VMware, creating a modern Confluence knowledge base and refining Deal Management policies. Previous experiences include an internship at Tata Capital focusing on automated loan financing processes, an RPA internship at Linde India Limited developing automation solutions, and an engineering internship at Autometers Alliance Ltd. Avin holds a PGDM in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
