With over 27 years of experience at Dell EMC, Roger has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, financial management, and strategic leadership across multiple regions and Lines of Business. In their most recent position as Director of Global Business Operations for Dell Technologies Select, they successfully managed over $6 billion in worldwide annual revenue, emphasizing process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.
