Rob Mora

Rob Mora has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Cohesive, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President at Novate Solutions, Inc. from 2014 to 2022, where they focused on applying engineering and execution processes to benefit U.S. manufacturers. From 2008 to 2014, Rob worked at Capitol Air Systems, where they played a key role in transforming the company into a national competitor and exceeded revenue expectations. Rob was the Director of Sales & Acquisitions at EarthLink Internet from 2002 to 2008, implementing service programs in Latin America. Beginning in 1996, Rob held various positions at Exel Global Logistics Inc, including Business Development Manager, where they focused on enhancing the company's presence in Latin America and developing new business through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Rob Mora attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1991 to 1994. Rob received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
