Jon H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jon started their career in 1989 as a Marketing Support Manager at Policy Master. From there, they moved on to become a Marketing Manager at Key Choice, where they established and grew a new insurance marketing group. In 1999, Jon took on the role of Special Projects Director at etc (The Electronic Trading Company) Ltd, where they were responsible for establishing a dot com business providing white label insurance solutions. Jon then joined AXA Insurance in 2003 as an eDistribution Manager, managing relationships with broker software vendors and overseeing large-scale system integration projects. In 2008, Jon became the Head Of Digital at Switch Design Consultancy, a position they held for over a decade. Currently, they are the Co-founder and COO at COHO, a PropTech startup specializing in coliving management for HMOs. As the COO, Jon's responsibilities include development, finance, strategy, and marketing, requiring him to adapt quickly in a lean startup environment. In 2020, Jon also took on the role of COO at co:home.
